Inside word: Top prospect OL Shon Coleman wants to sign with UA but the #s game isn't sorted out yet. I was told expect it to happen.

I imagine it goes like this (and this is all speculation on my part)... the two offers to Stone and Arie are outstanding and Saban does not want to slam the door on either offer just yet. Now, tonight Pendry and Sunseri had an in-home visit with Stone, at which point I fully expect that they presented to Stone a firm deadline for him to have a chance to commit to Alabama. That deadline, I believe, will at the latest be Friday, i.e. before Coleman leaves Tuscaloosa and heads back to Olive Branch. I imagine we are still giving Stone a chance, but our staff is a pragmatic one and they aren't going to put themselves in compromising situations that they can otherwise avoid. My thought is that we'll get another tackle commitment, and by Friday night -- whether we know it publicly or not -- the staff will have things locked up.
