Am I the only one to think this a little bit garish? It looks like the developer designed a hotel from leftover Jurassic Park concept art with some faux-University architecture glued on. Its like the Wal-Mart trophy tour of Real Estate developments. Maybe if the University saw fit to run the Booth off the strip, they'll send Mecha-Godzilla after this thing if it ever gets built.
