The Crimson Tide feature in a trio of 11:00 CST games to kick off the SEC-Big 12 Challenge. Alabama will take on the Baylor Bears in Waco, Texas in a battle of two teams playing their best ball of the season. Both teams also find themselves smack-dab on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament, so the winner of this game could receive a big boost in that regard.
Avery Johnson will continue starting Kira Lewis, Tevin Mack, Dazon Ingram, Herbert Jones, and Donta Hall with John Petty as sixth man. Baylor normally starts Makai Mason, Jared Butler, King McClure, Mark Vital, and Mario Kegler, though it wouldn’t be a surprise to see head coach Scott Drew go with a bigger body like Flo Thamba in today’s match-up.
