The rich continue to get richer as Alabama has reportedly found a QB coach.

Michigan assistant coach Dan Enos is leaving for Alabama, according to sources. Enos is expected to become the Crimson Tide’s associate head coach and quarterback coach, according to sources.

Enos’ move away from Michigan is surprising, as he was officially announced as being hired there on Jan. 8, and it was later identified that he’d coach wide receivers.

Enos was most recently a part of the Arkansas coaching staff, serving as OC and tutor to QBs Brandon and Austin Allen. Both quarterbacks developed well under his tutelage, and he now inherits three blue chip passers in Tua Tagovailoa, Jalen Hurts, and Mac Jones.

Enos will reportedly be the QB Coach and an Associate Head Coach. He brings a wealth of experience developing pocket passers. It’s somewhat curious that he would have taken a job at Michigan only to leave seventeen days later, but we may have the answer to that as well.

We have no way of verifying any of that at this stage, but it’s interesting nonetheless. In any event, welcome aboard, Dan. Let’s go win some more titles.

Roll Tide.
