Well, Alabama is losing yet another coach to greener pastures. Offensive coordinator at Arizona State is definitely a step up from his position as receivers coach here, but his coaching ability will definitely be missed. Napier was responsible for the development of guys like Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley, and ArDarius Stewart, and he managed to make the receiver position one of real impact, no matter the abilities of the quarterback. This will leave a vacancy on the Tide staff, and it will be interesting to see who Nick Saban turns to to fill the role.
