This is really cool.

Alabama football commit Trevon Diggs (wide receiver) has been named to the U.S Under-19 National Team and will compete against Canada in the 2016 International Bowl at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, on Sunday, January 31.

Per USA Football:

The 2016 International is a collaboration of the sport’s national governing bodies in each country – USA Football and Football Canada – featuring top-student athletes in football’s greatest annual international competition.

Former U.S. National Team members include Baylor wide receiver COREY COLEMAN, St. Louis Rams running back TODD GURLEY, Arizona Cardinals defensive back TYRANN MATHIEU, Oklahoma running back SAMAJE PERINE, New York Jets quarterback BRYCE PETTY and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback JAMEIS WINSTON.

That's very impressive company for Trevon. We wish him well tomorrow. The marquee under-19 game (which also features Mecole Hardman among others) begins at 3:00 CST and is streaming on ESPN3.

I've attached the complete roster for you to review. Most of these names are familiar to those who follow recruiting. A few of guys, aside from Trevon, are in play and could very well be in Crimson next fall.
